Don't write it with a quill. Use the brush found on the table in the north west bedroom.

You need to write with the callygraphy brush you can find somewhere in the flat.

I did this with fairly low language skills:
Spoken 61, Written 45
My Calligraphy was at 39/182.
Took me 5 attempts to write the word on the paper and get it looking "Tidy", which was accepted.
