Apparently the majority of the answers for the questions given in the "Varia" section are incorrect. Does anyone have a list of the actual answers anywhere?

There's a link somewhere on the old board, with a better set of answers. Somone lists a bunch of answers to this, much more correct than Varia. I think it was dated around April of 2003. Doesn't list all the questions, but for the ones it does, most of those are correct I think.
I would also suggest reading Interesting Times after going over the Varia questions. You'll pick out the answers really easily (and why I think this other link's answers are more correct).

How do you get to the old page? (to see the link you described) I didn't join until after you guys changed it, so I'm not sure. Sorry.

I went to the link but there was no information...it must have fallen off. I've taken the test over and over and the best I could do was 14/16. *sob* Anyone have that link?

I had to go through the archives of the old board but i think i found the post you were looking for. www.voy.com/84770/3/1205.htmlIf that link doesn't work then try just going to www.voy.com/84770/then look through the posts under archive 3 and i think it should be there.

yeah the link by Tyeda I think is the one I remember.
14 out of 16? Seems like you should have gotten it then. I too thought it was like 80% to pass...

Everyone i know that has done this, invluding myself has gotten between 14/17 and failed twice, and then passed the third time, using the notes on the Varia page, so it may not be that the answers are actually wrong?

I failed about 5 or 6 times if not more (I did it over two nights).
I started using the list and then amended the answers I thought were wrong until I got about 80% correct.
Unfortunatly I can't remember the numbers now but you do have to meet a minimum requirement.
I was sure some of the answers in the list were wrong and it proved to be the case that I had to alter a good number of them until I passed.

It is possible to pass the citizenship test first time. Looking at the two lists of supposed "answers" plus having a map of BP and a copy of Interesting Times on hand to pick up the non-included ones and mistakes will help.
Unfortunately, it doesn't tell you how much you passed by when you do pass.
