where are the customs officer and the smugglers guild for this quest mentioned in descrip?

oh well nevermind about that, customs officer just didn't appear the first time i tried it for some reason. i also found out where the smugglers guild is. one question, how many times do you have to do this to get the right box? i've done it about 20 times now...

it worked on the...25th time. Although the customs officer "reset" so it wasn't expensive anymore. first time i did it about 5 times in a row and it went up to about 60 tooni. when i went to do it again it was about 10 tooni

Hey, when is the storeman in the store (or what do you have to do to get him there?)?. I've tried this quest various times, and there was nobody in the building, upstairs or downstairs...

OK, he appeared. Took him some time, though. Wasn't in a hurry. Same happened later with the customs officer...

where is the smugglers guild? or where do i have to go to hoist the crate?
