Anyone know how to get the colour to work in your title and such when using Zmud? When I use the %^ thing it works, but you can only see the colour change if you're using the java client. I've seen where people have changed the colour on their titles while I'm using Zmud but I can't see the colour difference on my title. Thanks for the help in advance!!

First make sure you have options output usercolour = on.
It is possible that your version of zmud is reading the % or ^ as a special character.
Either turn off the parser while you send the command to change your title, or use the quote character (usually a ~) before the % and ^.
Example: ~%~^RED~%~^Bloody Git~%~^RESET~%~^

My problem isn't that the colours in my title aren't changing, it's that I can't get Zmud to display them. I will enter in the title and colour I want using Zmud and it will work, but Zmud wont display the colour change, I have to ask a friend using the java client if they see the colour change (they do) but all I can see is the title without colour. In fact I don't see anyones colour changes (well not everyone, every now and then I see someone with a colourful title and wonder why I can see that persons but not everyone else's including my own). So my question is, how do I get Zmud to display those colour changes?

Choose the View-Preferences-Colors from the menu. This will open the Preferences window. Choose Colors-Foreground Mapping to see if your colors are defined. You can customize colors here if you need to. Choose General-Emulation and make sure these are checked: - ANSI Color
- VT102 emulation
- MCP Emulation
- Pueblo emulation
- Emulate control codes
- Telnet options
- MXP/HTML
- MUD Compression (MCCP)
Set Default Telnet Terminal Type to ansi. Choose MXP-General MXP and make sure these are checked: - Enable MXP (Mud eXtension Protocol)
- Underline MXP links
- Report <RELOCATE> usage
- Allow commands in MXP menus
- Allow MXP in Status Window
In the mud, type either one of theses: term ansi or term mxp. Let us know if it still doesn't work after this.
