If the locations are obvious then it can't be a trap.
The only way a trap will work is if the only way you could have known about an exit is from this board.

i believe that you are required to to the expetant client quest before completing this quest as after you have shoed binky and death has departed a message comes up saying "You feel as if you could shoe anything now" hope this helps

Has this been verified???
If it hath not been. When the d***ed game gets back up, I'll log in with an 'unregistered' alt and do my best to confirm it........this is a quest that I have been trying to do for a couple of years......always been one thing or another that hath stopped me

What kind of a climbing bonus do you need to go north from the sign outside Brass Neck? I've got ot.mo.cl.rock at 166 and can't manage to do it.

the unicorn, and pool, are 3 north from the junction where you journey northeast towards Brass Neck, southwest towards gloomy forest and Mad Stoat, and southeast towards the rest of the ramtops. The terrain is all evergreen, you don't need any climbing skill whatsoever. And yes, you DO need to do the expectant client quest first

It seems I have a more basic question to the quest. Granny Weatherwax's cottage always seems to be locked @_@.
Or only witches are allowed inside? How do you first get the lasso and such this way. You are supposed to go to the old lady's house in Bad Ass right?

If you read the books, you may remember that Granny keeps the key on a nail in the privy.

or you can just ask a witch to get in. I asked a thief friend to pick the lock for me

Wouldn't it be better to just add it to the unicorn solution instead of just at the top of the page? Just a suggestion
