ahh, got it  "dig rockfall with shovel" also, wait for it to finish, you only need to do it once, I've found also, you still get the "Ray of Sunshine" quest just for lighting up the bush |

I had comfrey, yarrow, honey (all easily found at Granny's) and the silver fork, which I still haven't found...

And here it is...a crystal ladle being requested. There appears to no longer be a shop on Vagabond St, and Simidhel's doesn't list it for sale anywhere...any ideas?

you can also buy a bag of peanuts from the tferry on Brown Islands. This seems to work too.

Yep, its still active as far as I know. The problem might be that other people are doing the quest. Try going there directly after a reboot or something.
