Just thought I'd mention this. The druid shop doesn't sell crowbars (anymore?). They sell pickaxes though, and those work just fine to open the crate aswell

Also it happens every night, as far as I was able to tell from some study. Nothing to do with full moon.

Exploring Tuna Bay, under the pier in SE BP. I have it stashed in one of my alt's vault. And nope, the pickaxe never worked. Bloody gasping!
