I swear I have come across porridge oats somewhere while wandering aimlessly, but I can't for the life of me recall where.
Any hints?

I swear to god this achievement is driving me nuts.
I have tried getting Oats from the barn in Dinky but was no good but found a bakery in Bad Ass which sells Oat Cookies and says the Oats are made right in Bad Ass but I havent a clue where. Clearly since this still has not been achieved nobody can figure out where to get these oats.
