The briefcase is closed

Have found a briefcase in AM.

Any ideas? I think this is an old quest based on the idea behind the briefcase in Pulp Fiction.

Is it part of a quest? I am sitting here now in my room trying to open the bastard and you can't open it Oh well.

Its Pin and Tulip's Briefcase, they wander around am with it, i didn't remember in what book appeared those guys.

It's not part of a quest, it's just an item a NPC carries. I heard a cre say a while ago it was possible to open it, just not through the combination. That was on channel one though...

There was a hoax going around that you could 'jam' the briefcase open using some blackberry jam. Could be someone is trying to revive the joke.

I've actually seen this open and on sale in one of the player shops a few years ago - I'm pretty sure I heard it was opened with a crowbar. If I were trying, I'd start with the ones that Pin & Tupil carry

I saw that too. There was jam in the lock.

Dogbolter coded it and always claimed it was possible but so far only 1 person had done it. But then he was a big fat liar and could have planted the open one to confuse people.
