the new DW server is back and running on the old save files.
To rephrase my original statement. This server is intended to become a new home for DW but it needs some load testing. From a player perspective anything goes, scripts, bots, triggers, multiplaying because I want as many of you to go there and hammer the box so we can be certain nothing else needs to be done to make it cope.
However since it seems that the freely availible abundance of skills and stats destroyed a lot of peoples interest in testing the server I have restored all the old playerfiles so these uber chars are now gone.
Creators won't be handing out stats and the like although they may occasionally be evil.
As an added bonus I am going to turn off the decrementing of real lives lost so you can lose lives willy nilly doing stupid things.
Once again the IP address is 82.68.167.69 4242 [or 23]
