I haven't had to learn morporkian in about 3 or 4 years, how does one go about this nowadays?

well, you could learn agatean first, and then learn morporkian, via the agatean language place. I'm sure one of the embassies offers the lessons though

If your native language is Djelian, you can learn Morporkian at the Ephebian Embassy in AM.
If your native language is Agatean, you can learn Morporkian at the Language Institute in BP or in the school in Little Agatea in AM.

Can anyone tell me what levels you reach when you learn Morporkian (or any other languages) at the language institute?
I learnt Morporkian at Little Agatea, and got 5 levels in spoken for $5. And 5 leves in written for another $5.

I don't know if its set now. I know when you learn ephebian everyone only gets 5 levels, but when you learn uberwaldean by doing the quest it seemed to be random. I started with about 15 spoken 20 written, but i know other people started at 30 30. I think when you do it in a school you always get 5 I guess
