its w of djb-hidden in the cliffs..closer to the w end of them look for a s exit:and of course you can visit it(how else would you hire contracts)

it is located in the djelian cliffs out of DJB proper, keep heading west, untill you get a 'south' exit.

The contracting office is in fact not there.
You find it north of Daft Bugger.
