Does anyone know where I can get the wood, and what the syntax is. Cause I've tried a lot of stuff and it all didn't work.

It is not an obvious exit to get into the hen house.

That was a hint.
I'll spell it out for you a little more.
In the rooms around the Shepstons' house try looking in directions other than the obvious exits.
Maybe it will be one of these:
look east
look west
look south
look north
look northeast
look northwest
look southeast
look southwest
look up
look down

I'm also have trouble with getting the wood...
I've talked to Kev who says that I should just find an area in the village with trees and get to work with an axe.
I have an axe and have tried every syntax I can think of but still no luck...

Anyone can tell me where is the hut where i can find the sausage?? i think i searched evry room in the village it's one of the huts in the very southwest. you can only enter through the backdoor if i remember correctly |

Go to the area where it says "The peaks of the Ramtops are just visible in the gaps of the trees, but to the west there is nothing but Lancre Forest, spreading out as far as you can see here." and chop trees with axe. |
