Can't seem to find anything listed on this one, assuming it's a quest. Anyone got any advice/ideas?

There are two quests involved with the 'All Bar None' one begins in the job shop on cheap street, 'do you have a job for me?'. and it involves getting into the all bar none ligitimally (ie. not fearing, killing, agarophobiaing etc the splatter) you need to be famous enough (somthing to do with amount of quests you ahve done and look respectable, makeover, hair nails, etc. and then deliver the envelope to thom crooze. another is 'cocktail shaker' where you have to make a cocktail for thom crooze. ive forgotten details. hope that satisfies your inquireys. btw, here is a link to the runthrough of both quests. Link is Dead.
You have to make a cocktail at Thom's request. Cant remember any of the recipes, but you can ask him, he tells you whats in them and you have to work it out from there

Here are the quests. Don't read it if you don't want a run through; (Stupid board will not let me put the C word so I put a space in: C ocktail Shaker (in which you stirred up a sensation) Visit the Job Shop on Easy Street and apply for a job. Keeble will give you an envelope for Thom Crooze at All Bar None (Pseudopolis Yard). There should be a time where Splatter isn’t blocking the entrance or do the 'Dressed Up To The Nines' Quest. Give Crooze the Envelope and he'll give you a job creating a drink. 'Research' to figure out how its composed and then pour the components into the shaker Crooze has given you. Try working with drops after pouring the first shots till you have the correct drink in the shaker and nothing else. Now pour shaker into glass and give the glass to Thom. Repeat two or three times to get the quest. Dressed Up to the Nines (in which you were at sixes and sevens with clothes) Splatter blocks the entrance to All Bar None on Pseudopolis Yard. If you ask him to let you in and tell him your names on the list, he'll explain why you can’t go in. Go to 1 Pseudopolist Yard, opposite, and get your hair and nails done by the Hairdresser/Manicurist on 1st floor. Now up another floor and get some good clothes, Dinner Jacket, Dress Trousers and Bow Tie or Ladies equivalent. Go back to Splatter and if your famous enough he will let you in. Don't know what makes you famous but if he asks who you know say 'Thom Crooze'

I can't seem to find the job office. You sure it's on Easy Street?

Sorry, I just used 'cut and paste' and didn't read or check the descriptions. Keebles job shop was on Cheap Street last time I used it. If your looking for the location of buildings, homepage.ntlworld.com/guiderjo has building and street locating pages. I find them very helpful

This is extremely frustrating. I got the formula right but can't find a way to 'pour the contents into a glass' for dear old Thom. Tried the suggested 'pour shaker into glass' and other equivalents but all it said was 'the glass doesn't look like it can be filled!'
Any ideas out there?

Are you sure you picked the glass up off of the bar?
Is the shaker open?

The shaker was open and there was nothing at the bar. Went a few times and it's always been described as 'clean', unless the glasses are assumed to be present (it's a bar anyway) but not described at all. Will try to find the glass and see what happens *gloom*

Okay, kinda did half the quest!
Brought my own pint glass from another pub in case, and good thing I did because there really weren't any glasses to be found there.
Brought stupidity to a new level: a piece of advice - unless your quest is finished don't drink what you made if you can help it. I emptied my glass by drinking it and accidently stumbled outside while making my last recipe.... then the splatter refuses to let me in.
Now I've got to wait another day. sigh!
