Anyone managed to make Fatsup yet? I dont want to know how to do it, just whether its an active quest that can be completed yet or not!

I'm trying this one as well.

So far I've Igor with the scumble and fixed the stove he said to cook it with. and I've noted down the list of ingredients:

one parts beer
one parts water
one pinch of garlic, sometimes more
a dash of brandy
flour: one part to fourty parts of stock
some lard, twice as much as flour
sliced sausage: four for every pint of soup

I can get beer, water, brandy, garlic, and sausage, but I am not sure where to find flour or lard. I've already tried the bakers shop and butchers.

Hmm, I created 2 pints of fatsup and started heating it on a bottle. However, it just evaporates into nothingness every single time. Igor says to make sure it boils at a certain rate, but there isn't any sort of indicator that tells you how much it's boiling so who knows what temperature to set it to?

It was sausage I couldnt find - the butchers only sold corpses, where did you get sausage?

you can get sausages either from dibbler or the cafe on dimwell street. be sure to buy plenty. when they say 4 per pint, they mean 4 whole sausages. not just 4 slices.

You need 20 levels of crafts.culinary.cooking and the iron saucepan (found by searching the dresser in the room with the stove) to be able to cook the fatsup (assuming you are able to make it). You can then put the fatsup (in the pan) on the stove and use "check temp on stove" to see how it's cooking. You'll need more than a cup to get the quest.

How do you get powdered garlic? I don't think a clove is what I'm supposed to do...

Haven't seen powdered garlic.

You can grind a clove of garlic into ground garlic using a grinder or mortar.

Is this Igor in the forge or the one in the Watch House?

Can anyone put up more details of how to start and I'll try and get something up on the site for this.

The old iron saucepan is about half full with two cups of uncooked fatsup,
mixed with six ounces of greasy beer and garlic gravy.

I wish we could pour specific liquids or the pour fractions worked propperly. Oh well, lets see if this works.

I can get "greasy beer, sausage, and garlic gravy", but I haven't managed "uncooked fatsup". What am I doing wrong?
