I ran into Sokkard. I haven't tried talking to any Dopplegangers since I did the quest, but he did not respond at all to Drakkos. So either he does say anything normally, or you can't talk to the NPCs after you do the quest.

Drakkos became an npc himself, could be thats why it doesn't work anymore.

Yeah I just found Fao again and he responsded. So it seems Sokkard doesn't say anything.

Or he could possibly not work for the quest also as you said.

when saying drakkos to Sokkard he recites one of his infamous plays on talker channel two.

Maybe he doesn't do that anymore, ran into him again and turned on two. Said nothing in the channel. Maybe on a different channel nowadays he says it.

When saying Sokkard he does say, "Am I famous? Is the Lancre Idiot Fare famous in these parts?"

After listening to 'two' alot more now it seems that little skit has random variables that change it each time, and he does lots of other ones two. Here is a very awesome one I just saw.
