Ok, i'm stumped now . This is what I have so far. Cryptic thingo: "NCYPENPJEJ DZDPRAJEJ NCYNRAYZYWJEJ PKRJEJ XZLLZNBQPJJEJ" So I remove the JEJ from the end of them (pig latin bit), and end up with something like this: "CONTACT FIFTER CONCERNING THE WILLICUBTS". Of course Fifter and Willicubts are wrong, but I dunno what they could be! Any help please? Thanks! .

I can't get anywhere decoding RXESVS FBQZDHNDETESVS ZDVS YKEVTZSVS
After unpiggifying it this gives:
RXE FBQZDHNDETE DZ YKEaTZ
(where we happen to know that 'a')
But everything I think of to substitute in goes wrong somewhere...

Any help would be appreciated on this one.
I got this message to being with: MFQVBV DJYTBMFQWVBV EGBV EMBWGZDVBV MBBV MFQVBV EBGNJWVBV
which became:
MFQ DJYTBMFQW GE EMBWGZD BM MFQ EBGNJW
and uncoded to
THE GODFATHER IS TALKING TO THE SAILOR
However, when I try to say this back to the man, he rejects it.
I have tried just saying it, saying in piglatin etc.
HETAY ODFATHERGAY ISYAY ALKINGTAY OTAY HETAY AILORSAY
Am I saying it correctly? Can anyone see an obvious error?
Thanks

Aaaargh, this is driving me nuts
I went back to the clacks tower and pulled the lever again and got a different det of codes. I deciphered them and ended up with the same message
The Godfather is staring at the sailor
which suggests to me I've cracked the code correctly. But I still cannot get the man to accept the code back.
eeeuurrrghhh!!!! Ni ni ni ni ni *jumps up and down frustratedly*
cough
Anyone?

Confused - I'd say you've gotten the code wrong. Chances are your message is something like 'THE <SOMETHING> IS <SOMETHING>'. Or not Deathy - Are you speaking morpokian? Are you saying it all in caps? The original message you got had the YAY bit on words that started with consonants, so you could try: THEYAY GODFATHERYAY SIAY STARINGYAY TAAY THEYAY SAILORYAY

When I did this the pig latin wasn't actually correct ... and in fact you just added 'YAY' to the end of every word. I can't remember whether you switched the first letter or not, but you could try both. I know that you definitely used 'YAY' though, whether you have a vowel or not.
Whether this has been fixed or not, I don't know.

I cannot figure this out.
I got the message:
contact our organization with reference to the ?uan?r?
I've seen this come up a few times, nothing seems to work for that last word.
Unused letters: bdfjklmpqsuvxy
Also, I'm putting the rest through like this:
ONTACTCAY OURYAY ORGANIZATIONYAY ITHWAY EFERENCERAY OTAY HETAY ...
(without the last word)
Is the first bit correct?
I'll probably give up on this soon, it's been 2 hours!

The only word I can think of is quandry, though you should know whether or not the last letter is a Y.
The rest of the pig latin looks right, but other people have said that they don't seem to be using normal pig latin rules, so I don't know.

I did it. You say: contactyay uroay rganisationoay withyay referenceyay toyay theyay quandryyay How messed up is that? First of all, that's not pig-latin at all, especially words like "uroay", second up, "quandry" is not a word, "quandary" is. A liaison confirmed with me that this was a typo. Lastly, I did not "sayto" or even use capital letters. I'm telling you right now that the 250k and Collector Card was not worth the 4 hours I just spend doing this, especially if you're going to waste time because of a creator's error which you have no way of seeing. Hope anyone else trying this has far better luck, but fluffs to Emer and some friends for keeping me calm through an extremely angry last hour.

Garrion - assuming the message starts with THE <something> IS, the best solution I could get is: the dwarf is eating the tinker Which I don't think is right . You might want to check your message again in case you translated it incorrectly. Desperate - I'd say the first word is the, so the message is: THE OPPORTUNITY IS UNFORTUNATE WE MUST RESPOND PRESENTLY using their pig latin the message to give to the man is: THEYAY PPORTUNITYOAY SIAY NFORTUNATEUAY WEYAY MUSTYAY RESPONDYAY PRESENTLYYAY
